What "LCSW" and "Qualified Supervisor" mean.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
A state-licensed clinician who has completed a graduate degree in social work, supervised clinical experience, and a licensing examination to provide mental health therapy independently, alongside a professional grounding in the broader social and practical context of a client's life.
Qualified Supervisor (QS)
An additional designation held by some licensed clinicians that allows them to provide the required clinical supervision for Registered Interns working toward their own license.
