You don't have to heal alone.
Group therapy brings people together around shared experiences — creating community, reducing isolation, and discovering that your struggles are not as unique as they may feel.
Strength through shared experience.
Group therapy is a powerful form of counseling where a small group of people meet together with a licensed therapist to work through shared challenges. Unlike individual therapy, the group itself becomes a source of healing — you learn from one another, offer support, and realize you're not alone in what you're feeling.
Each session runs about 90 minutes, with 6 to 8 participants meeting together for a guided discussion led by the facilitator — sharing what's going on, listening to one another, and working through the topic at hand as a group.
At Hope Connection, our groups are intentionally small, carefully facilitated, and built around the specific needs of the participants.
Privacy Expectations
Participants agree to protect one another’s privacy, and confidentiality expectations are reviewed before the group begins. Although the facilitator follows professional confidentiality requirements, Hope Connection cannot guarantee the actions of other participants outside the group.
Needs-Based Scheduling
Our groups are formed based on the current needs of our community. New groups may be offered as community needs and therapist availability allow — contact us to find out what's currently available.
No Experience Needed
You don't need prior therapy experience to join a group. We welcome people at all stages of their healing journey.

Not a current schedule — just ideas we've explored before.
These are separate from the Basic Mindfulness Class above. They are not currently running groups — topics have included, and may include again, depending on community needs and therapist availability:
Grief & Loss
Processing the death of a loved one, divorce, job loss, or other significant life changes — together.
Anxiety & Stress
Learning shared coping tools and finding community with others navigating the weight of anxiety.
Life Transitions
Navigating major changes — new chapters, endings, and the uncertainty that comes with transition.
Trauma Recovery
A structured, supportive setting for trauma-related healing and connection, with a therapist and peers who understand.
Self-Worth & Identity
Building confidence, challenging shame, and reconnecting with who you truly are beneath the pain.
Our groups evolve with community needs. If there's a topic you feel would benefit you or others, we'd love to hear from you. Reach out and let us know — your input shapes what we offer.
