Unlike individual therapy, the group itself becomes a source of healing — you learn from one another, offer support, and realize you're not alone in what you're feeling.

Research consistently shows that group therapy is as effective as individual therapy for many concerns — and for some people, the peer connection makes it even more powerful.

At Hope Connection, our groups are intentionally small, carefully facilitated, and built around the specific needs of the participants.
