Charity Cannavo, LMHC

One of my favorite quotes is “sometimes, when you are in a dark place, you think you’ve been buried, but you’ve actually been planted”. Emotional pain can be so overwhelming that we feel unable to get out of the dark places by ourselves. Trying to navigate trauma, anxiety, hopelessness and stressful relationships, can give fear, doubt and shame the ability to take up too much space in our lives. The way to healing and restoring the body, mind and spirit can feel challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone.

I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for you to explore your past, examine the present and move into your desired future. Through challenging negative belief patterns, reprocessing trauma, and learning to build a deeper sense of self-worth, we can work toward your personal healing and restoration.

Finding the right therapeutic relationship is critical to your success. If you think you’d like to hear more about my approach, let’s schedule a free 15 minute call to explore what you may need on your healing journey. If you decide we are a good fit, we can schedule a session, either online or in person. You can reach me at 850-739-2812 or via email at charity@hopeconnection.net.

Richard Clark, RCMHI

One of the most impactful concepts I’ve embraced is the importance of being curious rather than judgmental. This mindset not only shapes the way we relate to others but also transforms how we engage with ourselves—with greater grace, understanding, and openness.

In my clinical practice, I integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support individuals on their path toward healing. My approach is rooted in the belief that every person’s story matters, and it’s an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate yours.

As a Christian, I hold the conviction that our spiritual beliefs profoundly influence every aspect of our lives. By combining a Christian worldview with evidence-based clinical practices, I strive to offer care that is both spiritually grounded and clinically effective.

Kindness, compassion, and empathy are the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. My hope is that, should we work together, you will experience the same grace and compassion that I have received—both personally and professionally.

I currently offer appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, and Fridays from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. My rate is $100 per hour for individual sessions and $125 per hour for couples or family sessions. To schedule an appointment or inquire further, please email me at ruachrenewalcounseling@outlook.com.
