"Sometimes, when you are in a dark place, you think you've been buried, but you've actually been planted."

Emotional pain can be so overwhelming that we feel unable to get out of the dark places by ourselves. Trying to navigate trauma, anxiety, hopelessness, and stressful relationships can give fear, doubt, and shame the ability to take up too much space in our lives.

I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for you to explore your past, examine the present, and move into your desired future. Through challenging negative belief patterns, reprocessing trauma, and learning to build a deeper sense of self-worth, we can work toward your personal healing and restoration.

The way to healing and restoring the body, mind, and spirit can feel challenging — but you don't have to do it alone.

Healing rooted in connection.

We believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for healing. That's why we take time to understand who you are before diving into treatment.

We're not here to "fix" you — we're here to walk alongside you, offering the tools, insight, and compassionate support you need to step into the life you want.

You are seen and valued

We create a space where you feel genuinely heard — not rushed, not judged, just welcomed as you are.

Confidential & ethical care

Your privacy is treated with care. Services follow professional and ethical confidentiality standards, with the limits of confidentiality explained during intake.

Rooted in hope

We believe change is possible. No matter where you're starting from, there is always a path forward.

Evidence-based approaches we use:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Building distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and mindfulness skills.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Moving toward what matters, even in the presence of pain.

Solution-Focused Therapy

Building on your strengths to create meaningful change.

Mindfulness & Trauma-Informed Care

Grounding in the present while processing the past safely.

EMDR

A structured trauma-focused approach that helps people process distressing memories and reduce the intensity of past experiences.
